Pupils’ best feet forward for Whitehall visit

YOUNG people from the borough showed off their funky dance moves at the country's seat of power.

Students from Claremont High School in Claremont Avenue, Kenton, attended the Houses of Parliament with MP for Brent North, Barry Gardiner, to take part in an event hosted by the Speaker of the House, John Bercow.

The pupils were accompanied by charity 'Dance for Life' in a dance workshop at the Speaker's House, in the event, which aimed to raise awareness of HIV and AIDS particularly in developing countries.
